Spring 2025 DPW events

📅 Mid-April 2025
🚛 Street Sweeping Begins – The DPW will commence its annual street sweeping program to clear debris and improve road conditions.

📅 Weeks of April 14-18, 2025 & April 28 - May 2, 2025
🍂 Curbside Leaf Pickup – Leaves must be placed in paper bags and set curbside on your regular trash collection day.

📅 Saturday, May 10, 2025 | ⏰ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 DPW Garage, 75 Newcrossing Road
⚠️ Hazardous Materials Collection (ID Required) – Properly dispose of hazardous household waste, including chemicals, paints, and other toxic materials.

📅 Week of May 12-16, 2025
🔩 Scrap Metal Pickup – Residents can place scrap metal items curbside for collection.

♻️ Electronics Collection, Paper Shredding, Rigid Plastics, & Simple Recycling – Bring your old electronics, documents for shredding, rigid plastics, and other recyclable materials for responsible disposal.

Compost center information

The 2025 Compost Center schedule has been posted. A 2025 Compost Center sticker is required for access by filling out the Compost Sticker Form and returning to the DPW office at Town Hall.
