Presence&Co Signs Lease on New Flagship Location in Reading, MA

Founder Hannah Corbett expands her vision for community and well-being with a dedicated 5,000 sq. ft. space
Presence&Co, a modern third place for real connection and holistic well-being, is thrilled to announce the signing of a lease for its first official location—an approximately 5,000 square-foot space in downtown Reading, MA.
Secured with the support of Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC and in collaboration with Jeremy Cyrier of Mansard, this location marks a major milestone for founder Hannah Corbett, a Boston Business Women member and long-time advocate for community wellness.
Opening in Spring 2025, the new Presence&Co space is designed to offer something truly different—a screen-free social club and community hub centered around the eight dimensions of well-being. The venue will feature thoughtfully curated event programming, wellness-focused workspaces, drop-in hours, and creative experiences—all aimed at helping people find presence, purpose, and belonging in their everyday lives.
“Presence&Co is more than just a space—it’s a movement to combat adult loneliness and burnout,” said founder Hannah Corbett. “We’re creating an intentional space where people can slow down, meet like-minded friends, and feel like they belong. This new location allows us to bring that vision to life in a beautiful, accessible way.”
The Reading location will also include flexible workspaces for wellness practitioners, a local artist marketplace, and private rentals for community events and aligned gatherings.
