14th annual Massachusetts Walking Tour brings music, community, and hiking to Reading, Winchester, and Tewksbury
The 14th annual Massachusetts Walking Tour is set to return from June 27 to June 29, 2025, offering a one-of-a-kind blend of public hiking and free community concerts. This year’s tour will journey through Reading, Winchester, and Tewksbury, inviting residents to explore local trails and enjoy live performances in welcoming community spaces.
Since its founding in 2012, Mark Mandeville and Raianne Richards have organized this annual pedestrian-powered tour to support the arts and encourage land conservation. Each concert is a collaboration with local artists, musicians, educators, trail managers, and land trust groups. The tour not only highlights artistic diversity but also promotes recreational land use and fosters community dialogue.
